Ive got a buddy with a bike for sale. Long story short it has NO title. He bought it from a buddy in GA about a year ago for cheap because the guy was getting a divorce and didnt want the old lady getting it.
2000 or more Sportster EVO in a Paugho frame. runs great, looks great needs a little work on the clutch(nuetral is between 3-4th) but he's tired of hunting for a title or the original.
He only wants $3000.00 for it Ive offered 2500.00 and waiting to hear back...is there a place to run the numbers and find out the story on the motor and frame?
thanks

I don't know if Carfax does motorcycles or not. Could give them a try.

You can call a cop shop and they will tell you if it's clean or not (if that's the type of history you want). Not sure about Carfax. As for the title, you should be able to use a previous registration and apply for a lost or duplicate title. At least that's all you need in Nevada. Might be different there.
