when I lived in the city we could just take a axle and hub to a place called bearings inc. and thats about all they did ,if they could not help you you were screwed.I live on an island now and have for the past 30 years so I dont know what still exists on the mainland but the yellow pages might locate these bearing gurus for you.
try this just select the width u want. if u order from them u can get it in less than 3 days. dpending where u r from. not sure about the nomad location here is the link

The 3/4" shaft sealed bearing has an outer diameter of 52mm. I also think it's too deep for your hub.Could be it's easier to alter the axle/spacer assembly.
Just trying to see if the bearing I have is the same dia as a factory Harley sealed bearing

Nah, the H-D factory sealed bearings are like 1.970" for the 3/4" and 1" axles.

You sure the bearing you have now isn't 1.85" ? You measure it with a mic?
