As some of you know here my pan has always been pretty much bare bones including the seat which was just a metal pan. Not that the metal pan was bad, I thought I just needed a change and plus it seems that a decent Bates seat is worth a couple of ounces of gold so when I saw this at a local tractor swap meet I knew I wanted it. The guy was asking $15 dollars. I got him down to $12 dollars. A little bit of fabrication and it was all said and done. This seat is sure made well and I was surprised how heavy it was. Made in the good ole USA....

That seat looks really good and right at home on your bike.

Apparently it was on Schwinn Airdyne exercise bikes.
Well it looks really cool on your bike, that's a nice addition to your pan.

overhere whe don't have the schwinn seats
whe have the brooks and the lepper seats (zadels)

do a google search you might like them too
there are size differences too in those seats from brooks and lepper
