Bad primary oil leak

I know noone likes new bikes but I need help from some of my friends. I have a 2000 FXSTB and for about two years the inner primary has leaked copus amounts of oil. I've replaced all the seals and gaskets at least 4 times and I cant figure it out it only leaks when I'm riding. After I park it the oil that has been thrown all over drips off I can wipe it down clean up the oil on the floor and not another drop will fall no mater how long I let it set. A harley tech sugested that it was building pressure and a vent of some type would cure it. Tried that and still the oil bath continues. I dont think the inner primary is cracked I've looked in vain to find a crack but there just isnt one there. A small amount of oil dosent bother me but when its dripping off of the rear fender after 70 miles It starts to. Thanks for any sugestions.

Don't be insulted but are you using engine oil?
Try this; drain it, measure it, re-fill with 1 qrt, ride it a few days and measure the amount that comes out. If thats not it.

Is the oil leaking favoring the trans side or the engine side?

Not insulted at all the oil is from the rear of the primary on the outside of the drive sproket I think that the inner race for the bearing in the primary is bad Ill change it out and see if that stops it
Check run-out on the shaft and the area where the seal rides.
Welcome to the club.
I've got a 91 FXR that has a similar problem.
When its not moving, no oil leak. After a ride, the whole left side of the scoot is covered in oil. Changed gaskets and seals to no avail.

At this point i think my inner primary is twisted or warped.
Next big purchase for me is a fucking belt drive. No oil, no oil leaks!

Hey man if you dont have the bread to fork out for belt drive try checking the inner bearing race for the primary, it is pressed on the input shaft of the transmission mine had a crack that ran the full width of the race that let it slide toward the end of the shaft where the clutch basket is which in turn caused the seal to leak profusely when riding but the oil isn't that high when it sitting so there for no leaks when parked. The Motor Company and Jim's make a puller and installer just for this purpose but I cant afford to spend $175 on a tool that I might use 3 times in my life so I went to my buddy's shop and used his lathe and Bridgeport mill to make my own puller block that I could use w/ a steering wheel puller to take it off. To get it bask on I cut three different lengths of 1 1/8 pipe and used an old clutch hub nut to press the new race back on. Now my days of oiling down my back side are over hope that this helps any one w/ this frustrating problem. Pics of puller attached along with my finished and installed taillight and a pic of the dark horse after the winter project of CID twin cam from http://www.revperf.com/default.aspx that my good friend Dusty built for me. Its putin HP and 130flbs of torque to the ground via chain drive
