heres the deal i'm setting up my frame(hardtail w/ repop axle plates) and as it sits my tranny sprocket and drum sprocket are a off by .250" with no more room left. i have thought about trying to offset it my self using some threaded rod through axle plates and the various holes in the plates themselves. there is a total of five rods i could get through the plates to keep tension and used to spread them with some heat, just dont wanna fuck it up.

it seems a jig would be much easier to keep things square, i'll buy beer and can kick in some cash for oxy/act.
