I do have a Pam Anderson theory though: W/ the size of her breasts and aggressive enough activity while, um, riding the pony, she could conceivably get an upper body gyroscopic effect going w/ the boobies and "spin out," essentially sliding off the pony w/ enough force to toss her head-over-heels into the corner or a random piece of furniture.
