That is Jasin Phares' Panhead he built for Born-Free. It used to be the Panzee which was the bike with the SS pipes and probably one of the first choppers with a 23" front wheel. There is that picture the Flying Dutchman took of Jasin Pulling a wheelie at the top of a hill in the Bay Area.
