Any body using a Cal-Products inner primary

I've had to replace my inner primary on my 70 FLH. I bought a cal-produst inner primary which is made heavy duty. I didn't get any distructions with it. Which I really don't need . But 1 ?. There is no vent line or port or hole in primary. Do I need to add one? If so where would be the place to put it. Thanks Ken
