Triumphs on here are getting to be as common as the model A sedan and coupe posts on the HAMB. Everyone is working on one.
I ground off all the extra castings on the fork clamps, made a headlight mount, and shaved the fork legs.
I had to spin the legs around for more room to adapt the dirt bike front hub (with speedo a speedo drive) and weld up the drain holes. I drilled and tapped new holes on the back of the legs.
