Tubeless tires will work on most HD cast wheels, but the only ones that have been tested and are for sure sealed have the word "tubeless" as part of the casting. A few (but not all - not even most) of the earlier ones will lose air pressure over time through the porous aluminum casting. Also sometimes people will see a TL in the wheel size marking. This is a rim profile and does not mean tubeless.
