amazing......... two CWI's looked that these same pix......... and they gave them the thumbs up

I suppose I can send this link to them and have you explain to them why they don't know as much as you about the subject

better yet....... why don't you post some up close pix of your welding and not somebody else's
Haha, not my welding?? You must be kidding.. ask Velvet, or George at Spartan.. Being jealous and attempts at smearing are your strong suits though.. It wont hang here Jerry, you'll be gone before you know it. Plenty of people here know you and and about your tactics. Just a not-so-friendly warning, keep your bullshit on your own board.
Practice makes perfect Jerry, keep practicing and you will get the hang of tig.. its easy once you know how.

No that fine welding is mine........ post some of yours

I don't think I need to ask anyone........ are you or have you ever been CWI? Your pals you mention?

I wouldn't expect anything more from a guy that can't even measure a springer
Ahh, the rope lengthens. Look what I found on your very own site.. Great welds Jerry..

As for me being a CWI, no.. I can go one better.. Last couple years I was in the Marine Corps I was a CDI/QAR, and an instructor.. I know a little about quality.

I will go do a few welds right now, consider it a learning tool for you. Stay tuned.

well they are great autogenous root face passes with a less than machined fit up

overkill for the application and once the rest of the pieces were completed and added........fill beads added

good for a nuclear blast

now try and replicate those tiny beads Trent......

that half inch tubing is 40 thou wall and those allen heads you see are 1/4-20

fit up done by hand

doesn't matter....... you can't

and those were all even done on a transformer machine

did these within 30 minutes of ever touching a tig
Sorry for this guys..
I know pretty much everyone here knows Jerry and his different modes of blah blah blah. He caught me before coffee this AM. I wont drag it out anymore.

As for weld quality.. Your welds work fine for the stuff you do, thats all that matters.
