I like the paint, a worthy upgrade.

How did you handle the interior?????
took all the old ragged out interior foam
and bought new hi density foam, and some princess blue crushed velvet

measured the inside cut to size tried it on a few times got it to where I liked it to sit on my head and still feel comfortable

then covered the foam with the velvet, secured the foam to the helmet with professional grade spray adhesive
taped off everything off then got to painting

I have to re do the ear pad pieces when I get some more time maybe tomorrow or over the weekend

Do you sprayglue the liner?Im thinkin about redoing my helmet since the liner is ...no more
yeah used a professional grade spray adhesive
that liner aint moving for anything
I would maybe try a medium grade next time so it will at least let you move the lining around a bit before it sets up
