I gave cutting it some hard thought....the front end wasn't original...many missing original parts....it it got the saw!.....it was only $1500.00 bike....probably be passed to my son..

Now about that 49 Ford pick-up...

Few years ago I was at the Turkey Rod Run in Daytona...
Saw a 49 F-100 Pickup that, in my mind, was the most awesome truck that ever was...

I don't get why people are upset when bikes are cut up. If they wanted it saved so bad, they should have bought it. And if someday the stock ones are almost all gone, theres always the museum to see them in stock form. Bike looks good! Shoulda kept the old risers and bars though. :D

I REALLY like the looks of their weld ons. Hammer Bolt Ons, not so much. From their website....it appears as if you get an engine jig with each weld on.

time to fire it up..minor things left to do, like pinstripes, tighten up the wiring..
