40 spoke 18" rim...any sources?

sometimes you can search ebay for "dunlop rim" or "WM3" or "triumph rim"

dont forget that H-D big twins all had 18's on them from 1936 to 1939, with them being optional thru at least 1946. they are pretty easy to find. i know i have at least 1 spare bare rim, although it is pitted pretty good.

Sportsters used 18 inch rear 40 hole rims for a long time both in alloy and steel, if they will work I have two steel rims one NOS and one that is very good.
