Well, heres the Enfield with a hardtail, still have a lot of welding to finish up, upper and lower cross members to fab, but she's looking a lot better. The fork and front wheel (plus steel pipe handlebars) are just for mock up. But I thought I would show some pics of yesterday's raping of the Enfield.

The one pic is before the others are afters of the bike.

Thas awesome to see there are other Enfielder's out there...I been working on a 58 Enfield Indian the past 12 years on and off...wouldn't sell it for the world...this year hopefully I will have it done...I made a whole new frame for myne...are you sticking with that little wheel up front...a meaty 19" would look tits up front...good luck with the project...btw I see you have a 16" laced to that Enfield drum...must be a buchanon spoke deal...later Chaz

Wow thats a vast improvement. That looks so muck cooler it's not even funny. I also dig the exhaust, and the bars are right on as they are if you ask me. Did you ever figure out what year it is? I'd say all it needs now is a big 21" hoop out front and a solo seat and it's the coolest thing since paper squares on a spool!!!

Thanks for the vote, the 16" came with the front end we scored with the bike, Ive got to find an original fork and a 19" front wheel for it. My brother is stoked over his ($300) score of a bike.

Adding 6" in length and lowering it 4" changed the whole look of this bike, the front wheel on there has to go, it's way to small for this bike. Were still trying to figure out what it exactly is or what year for that matter.
