heres the specs: mid 70s H-D showa 35mm 2" under tubes.
springs cut to match.
heres the question: how much fliud(fork oil) to put in?
the smart ass would say 2" under should be 2oz less or maybe fuck it just fill 'em up.
seriously, any real advice would be great!

I'd just put what the book calls for in them. Most of your fork oil should be down in your sliders, not up in your tubes.

Let me clarify for you regarding the fluid levels. All that is shortened is the tubes and springs. The valves are the same length still so they need to have the same amount of fluid as stock...unless of course you want to change the dampening characteristics but that's a whole new discussion haha.
