Don't know much about this one. It comes with a numbers matching title.
I've never shipped a hardtailed frame before, so can't guesstimate the price (it's quite a bit longer than the stock frames I've shipped. Shipping is on the buyer. Can be picked up at Tenino, Washginton Swapmeet Aug. 17, 18, 19 (I'm leaving Sunday morning). Local pickup is OK, too.
