Default Triumph Negative Ground Wiring

I picked up this 71 Triumph chopper recently and decided to re-wire it to negative ground since the wiring was a mess and I wanted to run an LED tail light. It ran fine before but took a lot of kicking to get started. Could have been old gas and carb adjustment, I'll dig into that later. I have no spark now though. I attached a wiring diagram of what I have now, if someone could let me know what is wrong with it I'll fix it and repost for easy searching later.

Edit: Posted corrected wiring diagram

First....are you running a Boyer E.I.?, second....have you given the battery a FULL charge? Boyer E.I.s are known to hate low voltage.
...duel coils? 6 or 12v? also I believe some E.I.s are very specific about ohms on coils...

According to your diagram, your Boyer does not appear to have a ground path. Without a ground path, the "power" circuit is not complete, and the Boyer won't do anything at all. The Boyer needs to "see" a positive and negative from the battery/switch to begin to function.

Okay that makes sense. So I should run my black wire from the Boyer to ground then ground the - side of the left coil?

Okay I went ahead and fixed my diagram and put it in the first post as well as this one. Hopefully that helps someone searching in the future since I couldn't find a good diagram for negative ground with EI.
