Cool 1947 Triumph 5T, T100 Roller

City: Barre
State: VT
Price: 2500

Selling a 1947 Triumph 5T-T100 roller project. This was up until recently, a running motorcycle until I stripped it down. As can be seen, it comes with a transmission, which works well, an oil tank, battery tray, rear 19" wheel with rare spool type hub, Indian made Triumph 3HW repop girder, 19" front wheel with 7" brake and modified brake plate and stainless axle and nuts. It also comes with a very nice set of inner and outer primary covers and a set of H380 triple trees and the bars that are on it. It also has brake pedal and front engine mounting plates, top engine stay clamp and transmission mounting plates and adjuster. A very nice set-up and excellent start to your custom or stock Triumph Pre-Unit project. Could be on the road shortly after you add your running engine, gas tank and fenders.

*NOTE* The girder has not been road tested and will need some additional time put in by the new owner to get it set-up properly with the wheel and brake.

The frame is titled as a 1947 Triumph, in my name in the state of Florida, and is free and clear. Yes, not many of these can be found with titles.

The top transmission mount will need repair (heli-arc welded) but is otherwise a nice solid transmission and shifts and performs well.

You British bike guys know what this is and here is your chance to own a factory Triumph rigid frame bike. No trades unless you have a 1967 or earlier H-D XLCH (may consider 1968-1974 too) that's either running or a good solid project, otherwise, CASH only.

I welcome local pick-up and will assist if you have a shipper come and get it or may be able to palatalize it and ship it through UPS or possibly Forward Air, etc.

Payment by PayPal is okay but the buyer will cover the PayPal fees that will be incurred, cash of course or bank check or money order which must clear before shipment.

Cool Re: 1947 Triumph 5T, T100 Roller

$2500 with title

If you're in the New England - New York area and want to meet half way or something to that effect, that may be an option too.

$2500

I may be open to taking off the girder, etc. if that isn't what you want and save you a few bucks.
