man, I have 3 question if may I:

1-how do you did to support passenger on the fender? only with that inclined rod?
2-did you use a rear brake master cyl for the front brake?
3-what s the length from end to end

thanks

Thank you for your comments.

What coil are you referring to!?

reverb
#1 - The fender is reinforced with a 2" x 1/8" thick bar lengthwise, and crosswise in the rear strut area. That's how it is strong enough to hold a passenger.

#2 - Yes! it serves as a tandem MC for both front and rear brake callipers

#3 - It is a stock length evo springer from Harley. The rockers were however modified. The same could be accomplished with the purchase of a set of aftermarket lowering rockers for an evo springer, the difference being these were the originals (in steel - aftermarket are aluminium) machined/welded/re-bored to lower them. Basically there was no money to purchase the lowered ones, so I invented a way to make the fork lower with the stock parts... the final length from end to end after lowering, I don't know for sure, but if that is important, I'll measure it for you.

It was used for not just looks, but also because along with the dyna"S" ignition system (and centrifugal advance unit) it made for a compact and electrically simple system to install with minimum wiring.
