Ha! That is a superslick mounting setup. Mine almost always involve zip ties.

Looks super clean! wiring is a dark art to me... it's why I run a mag on all my bikes, I have literally two wires to keep in check lol.

Hereís the start....
I like wiring, but only after I draw up a schematic
I am using early 80ís controls on the bars, but am covering the wiring in asphalt loom....Iíd love to have the clean bare bones bar look, but want to ride this thing with all of the nuts out there who somehow got a drivers license, or who feel the need to occasionally look up from their fíing phones....
Thatís the thinking behind the Badlands module with integrated signal and brake rear lighting....

Starting to look like a harness....
Got lucky and a customer gave me an old sportster harness, so I'm trying my best to keep the color code correct.

You've got a lot of wires! Are you going to run the handlebar switch loom inside the bars?

Its amazing how many wires end up on the bike....I've done lots of hot rod/custom wiring jobs....I thought this would go faster than it has.
Using an asphalt covering on the handlebar wiring.

Everything works!.....first go!
Really happy with the Badlands signal module...lights the back of the bike up like a Griswold Christmas!
No more leaving a signal running....unlike the LED's, I'm not that bright....

Geez...1 step forward....3 back...
With a buddy, I set up to square the trans and adjust the primary belt.
I just happened to think..."I really need to check the drain plug", yup you guessed it...turned in, no tighty...turn out...no come out!
Out comes the trans....

Plumbing...
Used a braided fabric covered fuel proof hydraulic hose, had a cool vintage look and heat shrunk tubed the ends to stop fraying.
Used single ear crimp clamps...clean!
