Thumbs up Junk #1

I was surprised how well done it was , original dare I say! The paper is almost too nice for a biker rag though, not really, don't feel scammed that way anyhow and I don't need the BS a lot of the other rags are pushing ....and hope they get enough adverts and subs to keep it up. My only wish is they show more pics and pick the dudes brains more when they do a shop crawl. All in all, I wish them success.

Thanks Guy, hopefully some of the boys in the next issue will have some brains (??) These guys are all my mates and seemed to "forget" exactly how they put together their bikes (just kiddin') ha ha..
Issue #2 will be 10% bigger and that excludes any increase thru ads.

Hey guys, if anyone else wants a copy of issue #1 (not many left) and to try subscribing to Junk then it's as easy as paypalling me at [email protected] I am still offering the subs for a year for $35 inc postage to any of the states. They tell me it's a good magazine ha ha.. True Brit eccentricity is all I know! Issue #2 is in production and will feature a bunch of U.S. built Harleys & Triumphs (cuz we're SICK of the dull UK light) as well as the usual U.K. Junk shot in our classic dull light with expensive cameras.. Billy, editor

Thanks to all those who have subscribed so far both from the UK, Stateside and even further afield. Issue #2 is due out in March (3rd for subscribers - 17th in store).
Anyone that has had trouble trying to use the email address on the website ([email protected]) I'm sorry - I have fixed that now finally - put a new page up with my personal email on which anyone is free to use for subs enquiries or bike articles, news etc. This is it below btw

Subscriptions to the US are available at $35 per year inc postage - for a ltd period - postage costs me $5 a pop per magazine but - hey, call it an early Xmas present.. Billy.
U.S. motorcycles featured in issue #2 include Kutty Noteboom's Sinners Prayer shovel (not a brand new bike of course, but we have it in uber-porno detail inc. some nice ridden shots) plus we have 2 of Shinya Kimura's zero original bikes made here in the U.S., a gorgeous triumph bobber from Todd Asin at Small City Customs and a couple others to boot.. All that plus the usual quality U.K. junk
Following a stream of complaints (just kidding) there will be plenty (well, enough) words on the bikes this time as I actually had time to either edit, fabricate or decypher some stuff this quarter.. issue #2 80 pages; buy it!

Guys, now's the time to get a subscription ($35 inc shipping) in time for issue #2 (also a very few copies #1 still left..) Junk #2 is absolutely CRAMMED from cover to cover with old school custom motorcycle pornography - maybe 15-16 major bike features this time. I have had to trim out some more "novelty" items just to get in all the bikes I wanted to feature..
JUNK HAS NO ADS - inside, either (just the covers) Any more pages and we'd be having trouble shipping further than england. Also this time we've got a fair bit more scribbling since I got my pen working properly, oh plus a few guys (not all - you know who you are..) actually were pretty on the ball when supplying specs and so on too.. You will LOVE Junk, I bet - so give us a try. I don't know whether it's relevant or needs to be said but we have 6+ U.S. bikes in porno detail in this issue... Billy Paypal address [email protected]

Hey Billy,
Pete from Trojan Classic Motorcycles here.
Lucas from The Factory Metal Works sent me issue #1.
It looks great and the Reagan peg grind is killer!
I've shown the mag to a few customers and they like it.
Good luck, i'm sure it will do well.

Ta.. Issue #2 is only a few days away now - it is a BIG enhancement on #1 in my opinion & far closer to my original "vision" - just takes time, money, effort, drugs and expensive cameras!
No tomfoolery this ish sadly, but the masked boys will be back in issue #3 with some mid-summer madness brit - stylee!

Get subbing guys..!!! Billy

Hey!
I am looking to get Junk M/C Magazine out into some new areas geographically: I'm specifically looking to find some good, connected and switched-on people to distribute Junk in places such as Scandinavia & Japan to name but two. I am talking about the sole rights to distribute and sell Junk in these territories which is a good business opportunity for a company or individual who has already established a supply chain through perhaps a motorcycle parts business or similar.
Anyone interested please email me at [email protected]
or call 044 7899 786418 I am based in the U.K.
Regards
Billy, editor/publisher Junk Motorcycle Magazine
