Default running weird

i have a weird thing going on when riding my bike i will be cruising along and will feel a skip i think in the drive-train almost like the belt skips on the pulley but confident this is not happening the bike is a fresh 93in pan pimo belt drive and clutch 4sp trans. and feel it happen at low rpm. any thoughts ?

Loosing ignition momentarily.....?
Had that exact feeling on my FXR....battery terminal loose...

Does it do it in one certain gear? 4th, 3rd, etc.

Yes it sounds like something electrical. Loose wire, bad connection, momentary short, etc. It could even be a bad circuit breaker if your using them. Are you running electronic ignition, or points?

Years ago I had something similar. Was on 3rd day riding from Tucson to Daytona. Had to stop and search for problem.
The wires to the coil were vibrating and flexing. They became work hardened and were gradually cracking at the posts next to the nut.
I trimmed a bit, reattached, and wrapped the wires to the coil body with electrical tape.
No problems since.
