Default So I'm trolling Kijiji last night...

...and this has been on for 15 minutes...
Was on the shore of a lake in southern Ontario, and beechcombed only a day or so ago....
I just had to have it!
Ideas for display?

The timing cover looks Knuckish or later, but the main cases have got to be earlier (don't they?). What is that engine, besides a very cool find?

For display: Go back online and buy a good-sized aquarium. Put the engine in it, attractively nestled on a bed of sand, starfish corpses, etc. Put a little diver in there too. Now get some fish.

The other side is M.I.A....
Is that big hole the oil drain?....
The fishes could cruise in and out of many non factory orifices...

Must've been some storm to make the lake huck up a piece like that.

The dude I purchased it from said he saw it sittin’ on the shore a year ago...
his daughter talked him into picking it up this year.
You’ll notice the rather large chunk where the V.I.N. used to reside is no longer.
I’m venturing that it was stolen years ago and ditched.
I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t hurl a short block to far out from shore!

When you do so, maybe we can bring back the Friday Art Thread.

Some time ago, we’d have members who would start a Friday Art thread. Mostly MC related, but it reminded of your thread.

Call American Pickers......there's enough there to start a build!

Like Ratso said, plop it into a fish tank....it deserves to be back home.
