if I remember right I think it is a heaverly modded BSA A10 frame with Kawasaki ZX10 forks and wheels and monoshock swingarm......
not seen him in a few years and too much beer has flowed for me to remember everything about it........
I love 45's and all the derivertive forms they can be built into, chops, bobbers, Caff racers (yes ''CAFF'' racer is the correct pronunciation!!, not the limp wristed french way of ''Cafe''!!)......your's is looking very kool...what year is it??
My Stroked dual carbed 45 back in stockholm, sweden outside GORR MCC clubhouse ,
it was also featured in the swedish MCM magazine second issue out back in -85 made the centerfold no less a lot of work went into this engine even had a rebuilt volvo dissy,, homemade stroker wheels, home grind cams and stuff !
later in -86 I rebuilt it with split old sporty cases with some old dragbike hopup internals big alu cylinders but it was too strong for the frame even if i had reinforced it, so i detuned with stock 1000 cylinders and milder cams and a cut to single troath Weber 45dcoe LOL and a lot of other trickery, it still lives today with the cut sporty engine but recent owner was killed in a stunt plane not long ago ,, RIP
As it looks today now a SU carb and some more modern features like discbrakes added by Gabbe. RIP Bro
Stockholm Choppers - I saw the last photo of your bike in a magazine a numbers of years ago - can't remember which one. There wasn't much of description, and I was fascinated by it. Glad to finally learn a bit about it.
Just trying to be helpful. The 45 is often mistaken for a Big Twin flattie and the drive chain location is a dead give away. Nice looking bike even if it doesn't comply exactly with the subject of the thread. It sure fits the "spirit".
