Default Mid star wheel offset

Hey Guys
Rebuilding a 16" mid star wheel.
Anyone know the offset from the valve stem side of the hub to say, the centre of the rim or the outside of the bead edge?
Have a manual but, dimensions are off of the drum side and cryptic to say the least on the hoop side!

Thanks....

Hey JP, is that measured off of the drum side, if so, can you measure off of the other side?
Thanks!
