Damn, I still haven't received #18 yet and I'm a subscriber!

Anyone else having issues with not receiving their magazine? Guy sent out another copy and I haven't received that one either.

I subscribed beginning with 18 and still haven't received it. I took a look at the site (was planning to send an email) and saw the message that delivery times were delayed due to security issues.

Not sure what the ETA is, but I feel your pain.

Some deliveries are getting through fine... some areas are heavily backlogged due to the extra checks the USPS are putting on all incoming mail to the US due to terrorist threats to cargo planes.

Sorry, but it is not our fault. We turn almost all orders around within one day and it is as frustrating for us as it is for you guys when the magazine then takes weeks to arrive (especially as we are paying for a 'priority' airmail service of 5-10 working days!).

If anyone ordered in December and still hasn't received anything, please email me at [email protected] and I will either give you a refund (and you can buy from one of our US retailers instead) or try to re-send.

Honestly, I'm not doing this to get rich. I would rather make a loss and pay you back your money than have anyone complaining about our bad service.

You may be interested to know that you can now buy subscriptions and individual mags DIRECT from our US distributor, Motorsport Publications rather than waiting for mags from the UK.

Also, if you're a small store, tattoo shop, bike shop... whatever... and you'd like to stock the magazine in small quantities, give Chris Smith at Motorsport Publications a call on 715-572-4595 or contact her through the website. She's super helpful.

I'm hearing the USPS backlog seems to have been cleared (with a big fart and a sigh of relief) and that #19 is landing on time... if anyone is still having problems (no issue 18 still?) please email me and we'll get it sorted pronto.

The new issue is out today. If you prefer to see rare old motorcycles in display cases rather than being thrashed and dropped in the mud, you may want to have a stiff drink on hand.

Contents:

Matt’s ‘59 Pan-Shovel: you like shrimp?
‘79 XS650 tracker: Zip gets it airborne
Scottish Sport Scout: Steve’s hot rod Indian
Linkert Attacks! UK... cider ‘n’ cycles
Paul’s clean machine: ‘70 Shovel chop
Hidemo ‘68 Sporty: how H-D should’ve styled it
Born Free Three was like a dream...
Perfect paint: Yokohama Ironhead
When good luck turns bad: Joe Cano’s Pan
Loooow ride: Shaun’s ‘68 BSA

You can buy it here, amongst other places.
