I don't agree....... I think it means they ain't looking at all because the net is full of about anything you want or not
yeah it is a nice looking ride........ I've yet to see any pix of that bike's engine that shows any detail and many don't catch the tranny has been cut off that sporty and I think ....... it has the same AMC unit my Magnum bike has ........ but I forgot makes me wonder if it was done with a blow torch and battle axe but I doubt it it would be nice to see it up close though and ya gotta love the leggy long haired brunette she's yummy has anyone else seen this bike up close and snapped any engine detail pix? I vote that you take a hike.
Haven't you already established yourself the GOD of Chopper Builders on every other motorcycle related internet site? These guys are going to tire of you shortly |

And just for my own morbid curiosity, why do you insist on seeing everything "up close, at about 4 inches"...? I have camera lenses that will let me focus to .75", but I don't see how that matters when you're talking motorcycles. G. |

You have no desire to see the details of that IH tranny graft?
If not, I'll suggest you have no interest in building a one off Ironhead and really may not have much interest in machinery at all. Such interests or even aptitudes aren't a prerequisite for owning or even building a custom bike. Up close and low contrast for details is nice That's all Pretty simple Is that really hard to understand? There is a 46 Chief on ebay right now..... look at the pix.... and I bet they have a camera as nice as yours....... and do you see enough to plunk down 25K? And I'm not really talking about buying anything but if you want to look at welds, paint, valve jobs or port work...... or whatever..... some people building bikes appreciate seeing details because it's what controls them during the whole process....... and for many...... the details or quality is what dictates decision making...... not superficial shine or low price. I suppose many have no concern for detail or seeing what is there to be seen. This has been proven true many times. If it's blingy or priced really cheap...... it's gotta be good. Quote:

so none of you have any Ironhead pix ? Now it makes more sense that the original poster couldn't come up with any either.
I guess those rumors about Katrina may have merit and maybe even the ones about Bush causing that storm do as well. If you have issues with me...... why not start your own thread? So far today on the Jockey Journal....... I've been compared to God and George Bush....... I really had no idea the mainstream held me in such high regard Really..... I'm just a regular guy that eats, drinks, breathes, sleeps, and lives motorcycles....... really...... that's all but thanks just the same. Quote:

My favorite sporty wheels for sure..... you don't see that tank often either
I've owned a few sporties with the wrap-around battery box tank........ its a real bitch when you have to remove the oil tank just to add water to the battery. Just something to consider if you haven't been there and done it before. Quote:
