Default What frame is this?

Need info on this frame. Looking to get MSO/TUV papers for it.

It looks similar to the paughco frame I had with my panhead. The axle plates are very similar. The neck does look a little different though! hopefully somebody can confirm my ramblings or help you out!

The axle plates do not look like Paughco to me but the steering neck and the front engine mount do. Hard to be certain however

First digits in serialnumber is 4B7H. Found out this is a Santee "Classic" frame. Sold until 2008 by Custom Chrome, but they are out business now. No chance of getting the MSO then?

if you look up item number 254391727937 on ebay there are VIN plates for santee frames, dunno if one would be of use or help getting it registered

What sort of documentation do you actually need?

Just proof of ownership or proof of origin?

Someone with a titled custom wreck or just a custom title suitable to your project could be a good source and how you make use of a custom (not factory) title is up to you.
