Is the pipe cracked or welded there at the bottom of your photo?

It is welded. It had to be cut off at the muffler and use another pipe because i messed up the other one.... DOH!

Here is a update on the mud turtle. The bike is running strong, it puts me to the back of the seat alot so I want to add mid pegs or floorboards for that reason. Here is a link to the bike running. hopefully it will work, im new to the 21 century with a smart phone now... i cant figure out how to make the video show,
