Default Got pics of Weber/Dellorto Carb Installations?

Looking for pics of approaches folks have taken to support/mount their DCOE/DHLA side draft Weber/Dellorto carbs.

no pics but most involve a support bracket from the bottom of the manifold to the center case bolt between the jugs. on short manifolds i've also seen a bracket from the a/c backing plate to the front head (shovelhead). google the web for dhla, weber or dcoe harley and you'll get a ton of pics.

Thanks Lilbill, I have a bracket like that and it will work. I was hoping for some more ingenious stuff like we see so much of on this site. There are some seriously creative folks that contribute to this site with amazing ideas for combining different elements into freaking works of functional art....was kinda hopin to get some ideas from folks

I don't recall specifically but it was nothing unusual, or i would. It was just a regular "pull" housing but I do seem to remember that cable routing from below, which you can see in the picture, running up behind the magneto. And it didn't have wheel on the throttle throttle shaft, just a lever with a swivelling cable clamp.

I don't know if it is at all applicable since it is on an evo. I ran a brace between the two breather holes on the head.

You can kind of see it behind the solenoids

It's an S&S 107. I thought about going big, but I kind of like the shorter stroke for hotrodding around town. It spins up very fast. I use a twin tec ignition because it allows me to retard with the nitrous. The carb is a DHLA 40. I bought the carb off of ebay. It was on some drag bike out of Canada. I have had my eye on that setup since long before I got my first bike, so when I saw the setup I just jumped on it. I actually had the carb before the bike. The nitrous was sitting on the shelf for about a year. It had been picked up for another bike that is still sitting in pieces. I just got tired of moving the box around so I decided to mount it. Some fabricated bracketry and she was ready to roll. I've never had it on a dyno. The unit we had at my last job wasn't long enough. We have dynos here that will hold it, but it's not very high on the priority list. The power is somewhere more than "hang the fuck on" but not quite to "oh shit". It is a fun ride.

Cats, I love the casual comment of " it's right behind the solenoids"...THen there's the big pic with the NOS solenoid...Normal?

I love it!. I wanna ride it! If I ever see it in person, please don't offer me a try...
