I'm fine with replies to ads so long as they are relevant to the ad and help other users. Stuff like:

- Hey man, is the chrome in like new condition?

- Will that fit a 1959 so and so?

You get the point... Sure, the thread gets bumped to the top prematurely but I'm ok with that so long as it helps. We reserve the right to delete or close any post for any reason what so ever, so if it gets abused we will just close or delete the thread in question.

It's still a motorcycle board.
Motorcycle-related, whether art, tech, or sales.

'Misc' was added for non-parts but mc-related, like tools, magazines, riding gear/leather etc.

Sell the car on a car board or craigs, then come post a bike-WTB....

Also, please have some consideration for other users, and combine your multiple single parts into one listing.
Used to be a rule for 3 or more....

Make a list within one post. This new format allows more pics too, before it was limited to 10 pix/post, now it's 20 or more. For price say "In Post", and price them like before.


We have already had one guy list EIGHT consecutive parts posts FS, now another with SEVEN.

Think about it, in three days when they bump them, that's 15 other guys' listings (almost a whole page) shoved off the page, instead of two.

One comment for the wanted section as far as replies. I know they are supposed to be via PM, but what about when someone is asking for something that you know a source for and are readily available, not obsolete parts? A posted reply can help the poster and others that may also be looking for them, like a recent one looking for L-series idle tubes. I know someone that makes them and posted it and it got deleted which makes it not very useful to other users.
