Hey all,
I'm a designer by trade and was born in Brooklyn. Lived in Manhattan for a while and now moved over the river into Jersey City. Always loved building and fixing things. Probably got it from my old man who seems to know how to do anything and everything. Wanted a motorcycle since I was fifteen but had to wait until I was 33 before I got my ride - '02 Suzuki Marauder. Not nearly as exotic as most bikes on here but it just called to me. I've been slowly doing mods and upgrades plus all of my own maintenance.

Hope to learn a ton from this site and maybe one day, I'll be able to contribute some knowledge as well.

Welcome from another newbie.
I used to live in daytona beach and I remember seeing several Marauder`s that looked really nice. There was a pearl white 800 custom hardtail I nearly bought but other things came up.

Even though my bike isn't type the supported here, I love to talk bikes and want to learn how to fabricate with metal. Being around others that can and are is very inspirational. I have the desire but space and money is a challenge however, I'm not going to let that hold me back.

mutant, welcome aboard. If you need ideas West Eagle does metric stuff. Does always good ideas on the board of other makes that catch your eye and insipiar(??? sorry tpyn" drunk) good luck. Union Co. here.

What do you do and where did you go to school? I went to SVA here in the city and work for a well know premium cable channel.
