Sharp looking old machine, I'm feeling just a little jealous! Yes, the high pipes look good...I have a friend who got hold of a B31 with the high pipe, I couldn't understand why he thought he had to change it over to the low one. To each his own I guess.

Goldy,
I think the high pipe/ low pipe thing is a lot like fishermen. A guy standing on shore casts his lure as far out into the lake as he possibly can. A guy in a boat casts his lure as close to shore as he possibly can. Wtf. If they both have boats, the guy on the North shore of the lake goes all the way across so he can cast his lure under the dock of the guy that lives on the South end of the lake. The guy on the South shore of the lake goes all the way across so he can cast his lure under the dock of the guy that lives on the North end of the lake. Again... wtf. And don't even get me started on golf.

Ok....... Santa was good to me this year and gave me some money for my bike! yay Im going to go down to trojan motorcycles when they open and get some tyres, im thinkin firestone 19 x 350 on the back and avon ribbed replica on the front. Also want to get some inverted levers if I cant get some cheap enough I might make my own. Has anyone used those repro rubber battery cases on ebay? I dont fancy the look of a new battery on there. Ill try and put the modded clutch on tonight after the kids go to bed and put some pics up. Merry Christmas |

Got the modified pressure plate in tonight and it works pretty well I can now kick through the compression stroke and start it first kick( the previous 3 owners have sold it due to not being able to start it properly, I think due to the clutch slipping).
Ive since found out you can buy an indian Bullet one for about ten bucks- ah well First up the original: ![]() The clutch assembly: ![]() New vs Old ![]() And finally installed ![]() |

Took the guards off for cleaning and repairs and I think I like the look.
Anyone ridden with out guards? do the aussie cops have a sense of humour about it? ![]() ![]() ![]() |

It looks great w/out fenders but the least moist or damp and you are soaking wet from ASS to neck so if its gonna be used alot I would suggest fender
