I have a 45 WLA that I convert back and forth from a bobber to stock (bags , fat fenders etc) . Has any anyone come up w a good way to lift the bike/frame? I have used a come-along on the front and two jacks on the rear. I am looking for a quicker way. I do have a crafstman cycle lift. Thanks!

Ratchet straps over the beams of your garage work well.
