Default All you tranny people! help!

This is my first time rebuilding a tranny and my 68 four speed ratchet top is giving me problems. I have a manual but Im having problems finding the info I need. I have a few oil seals that came in the JIMS rebuild kit that I have no clue where to go. Two that are about 3/4 of an inch and two washer like gaskets, and another smaller oil seal. Also I was wondering how to place the cork ring on the mainshaft oil seal. When I took it apart the cork was sealed into the oil seal, but the cork in the kit will only fit in the case like in the pic. Can someone point me in the right direction.

The cork goes in first, then you put in the outer seal, the kits have more than one typ of seals to cover the 36-64 and the 65-78 and the 79-84 trans...........Roach.

thick rubber seal goes in clutch hub nut for pushrod, one of the seals is for maindrive gear where mainshaft come through and flat small seal is probably for in between kicker bushings. last o ring for counter shaft maybe. cant remember 2 gaskets, maybe check vtwin cat...good luck...give God the glory
