Default fouled plug on #2 everytime

maybe y'all can help. i have 650 triumph tiger - single carb, boyer ignition and 6v coils. without fail, i seem to foul the plug on #2 every time i ride it. i've tried cooler plugs and hotter ones..... same result. it doesn't smoke/ burn oil and is timed right. my only guess is that it's valve related since it's a single carb bike and #1 is just fine. any ideas / suggestions?

compression, then leak down test. this will give you a idea if there is a cylinder problem...if they are balanced it may help point into the direction of a valve or head (behind valve) problem...possible guide.
..just make sure you have the front wheel against the wall before you do the leak down test.....

Bad rings or bad guides (or both!).

before you pull the head off, it could be something as simple as a bad plug wire, just for fun switch the wires and see if it moves the problem
