layshaft details to come. Long story short, i've got the early layshaft (non circlip) and will be changing to the later (t140 w/circlip). Also have a couple gear bushes to replace. I had bent the mainshaft, and never bothered to really check out the layshaft (which now i'm thinking was probably bent at the same time. Need to get a dial indicator on it and confirm.) Quote:
