Not as skinny as a 18" wheel, but much skinnier then most "choppers" people are building these days...

Here are a couple from Chopper Dave's Blog. This guy Krantz actually narrowed the frame on this knuckle to make it super skinny. I couldn't find any finished pics but the bike was featured in Hot Rod Bike Works:
