I'm not going to make any changes that can't be undone. Just trying to make it more trail riding friendly and less trials oriented. For instance foot peg and seating position needs changing from primarily standing to sitting positioning.

It runs but it is currently down because I am equipping it with a spin on oil filter. The problem is that it is a very low performance state of tune. It has the low compression piston and standard cam as well as a dinky Keihin carb fit for a 50 cc bike. Plus it is geared for about 45 mph top speed. All this is great for trials but a fun killer for sport riding.

I'm collecting parts to build a spare engine with the kind of performance (still laughable by today's standards) I remember Cub's having when I was a kid after pouring my paper route earnings into them.

That thing doesn't need any help at all. Looks amazing just the way it is. Leave that one alone and go buy another to make shiney.

Thumbs up Re: Triumph T15/T20 Terrier/Cub Thread

I found this one on eBay a while back. I SO want this bike!!!

This bike is from J&M Enterprises. It's a trials bike. Duke, I bought my Terrier/early Cub heads there, which I think I sold you.

A drag bike I found somewhere on the inter-web

A flattracker

And finally, the 'salt bike' I believe Duke has been dreaming of. It is owned/riden by Chuck Zeglin. If I remember correctly, he works at Four Aces.
