I'm a coppersmith. I make hand hammered and formed copper lighting. Yes, I'm working on a hand hammered tank, fender, air cleaner, etc...but this is what I do every day:

unfinished. all of these pieces are made from flat sheets of copper, hand rolled into a cone or cylinder, phosphor silver brazed seam, and angle raised to shape. here's the lamp finished with mica installed. Hope y'all like. I know it's not bike related, but there's a sporty tank up on the shelf?!!

That's beautiful - is this digital or inked? How are you doing the stippling?

Yep, modeling clay. The molds are tin based silicon. They're good for about 20-30 parts.

The Lamp Shade is badass. All I can think is I want you to make a fairing for your bike as well in that vain. Beautiful stuff.

Otto, that is neat.
