Yep. it basically separates the oil from the gasses, letting the crankcase breath but drastically reducing the amount of oil escaping. I have been developing this thing for the last or so year on my personal bike. I works really well.

Very tidy.
Are the brass fittings and clear tube for mockup?

Devils in the details! Your work is a big inspiration. Really appreciate you answering my emails and building the tank for me.

Thanks Johann! It looks like your bike is going to rock for sure.

Here is just another small update. Wiring done. All soldered, all heat-shinked, tested and ready to run.

And the pipes are on. Yeah!

Yes. As long as clients keep asking for them, I guess I'll keep making them.

Very nice. Love how clean the wiring is when ran through the frame. Is there any concern for corrosion with the inside of the tubes potentially exposed to water or humidity?

I had to drill the frame tubes in several areas and the tubing was nice and thick, as usual. This motor/frame was made (or at least titled) in 1958, and has seen some serious service. If the tubing/castings are still this solid in 2014, I don't think possible internal corrosion will be much of an issue for a LONG time yet. When I ran the wires, no rust was apparent, plenty of dirt though

That sounds about right. I like how clean that looks. I might have to do that with my build. Can you share any tricks for pulling the wiring through the frame?

More small details. I made this titanium bit for a brake barrel.

Installed.
