Cool just got matching shovelhead frame and bottom end.

so this is my FIRST HARLEY DAVIDSON. i got a a bottom end and chopped/welded hardtail frame- with matching serial numbers. what appear to be new heads (with no valves) shovel rocker covers. what i hope is a matching elec/kick transmission. it came with a MAGNETO, sucicide shift setup, a bunch of random body parts, electrical/gauges, and hoses/connectors. also new wire rims and rubber. so i dont know if i want to break open bottom end first or just do top end seal after i put in new valves, springs etc.

i have never done this level of work on a motorcycle before. how do i match valves, springs, etc. and top end reseal kit to my bottom end, heads and shovel covers.
