Default Out with the old, in with the Older?

So...

Having been looking for a shovelhead for a while with little luck I was talking to Liam, and so happened to see a guy he knows was selling a beautiful flatty.

I've now bought the bike and once all cleared will be shipping her to the UK! to say I'm excited is an understatement!

Photos attached. The pan will sadly have to go as I need to buy a house, but it's been a fantastic 1 kicker for the time I've owned it and runs like a champ!

A friend of mine owns a beautiful flatty chopper that he built from scratch, but, I have no pics.
Congrats, I bet you can't wait to ride that one!

I've only ever seen one BT flatty in my life.

So I've gone for the unusual factor and they run forever haha.

Some people have all the luck. But it is not me. haha

Congrats man, and I am sure you will love this one better than the Pan.

To bad you can't keep both.

But you made a great decision.

With the reputation the big flat head has I think that's a good move and am envious, at least it's not another knuck ; look out, incoming!

Thumbs up Re: Out with the old, in with the Older?

Oh MAN!!! That does look outstanding! Really, you have to post significantly better shots when you take possession.

Now I really have to dig that 44U pile out and start on it too....

One of you knowledgeable fellers, kindly make me less ignorant. Is that the stock frame, uncut (or de-cut)? Rhys, that big bad mofo is excellent. Happy motoring.

Stock frame or the like, with some rake I believe.

Lame can ask Hutch or if he pops in here he can answer it.
