thanks guy's. I see why the pro's charge what they do, it's a lot of work . I'm hoping the cases will be a bit more forgiving . I have a local guy giving me some awesome advice . Great tip he gave me was to just "bump" the buff wheel on the aluminum . It really helped in not brining the small wholes in the cast aluminum from popping up .

well better late then never as they say. I cant believe I started this build thread over 4 1/2 years ago ,but life gets in the way sometime. Well I decided to through my hat in the ring for the showclass peopleschamp7 show back In Nov, And to my surprise I made the top 25. I new if I had a dead line to hit it would get done . So here I am a week out from the first round of votes. I haven't had the time to post my build process on here. If you have an Instagram account you can follow some of my build on my Instagram handle @oldtrump . Voting for next round of cuts from 25-13 is next week 3/8-3/10. I think Im the only Brit bike in the top 25.If you guys like what you see I would appreciate the support and vote, if the bike is not your style or there is another bike in the contest you like more than that's cool. You can vote at www.biltwellinc.com/wtf. I have been a member on this board since 2009 when Dragon RIP was the moderator. I have received a lot of help and support from members of this forum over those years that has given me the ability to build this bike .I'm no different than most the guys on this forum and build out of my garage and I'm extremely gratefull for the insight over the yearsClick image for larger version

Looking good man! Nice profile. Sometimes it's a blessing in disguise to take a long time, you get it exactly the way you want it..

You and crazyb are going to have to armwrestle for first place. I don't see much serious competition for youall from the other bikes that made the six-cut. Not to run them or their builders' taste down ... not exactly ... well, a little ...

To me chrome frame showbikes are in another class altogether. The hours that go into the finish are staggering. Well done Tom.
