Default Turpentine residue in gas tank?

Hey all I’m trying to bring my 72 t120 back to life from storage. I just cleaned out the rust and dissolving old liner from the tank that was constantly gumming up my carbs. I rinsed it out with some turpentine to avoid any flash rusting. I thought I drained it pretty good. Filled the tank with new gas and it starts but spits and runs lumpy and erratic and wants to stall. Could a little bit of turpentine cause this?
Thanks for any help!

Actually yes new Amal premiers it’s all good I was surprised to see that the pilot air screw was only one flat out or half a turn out where before it was always 3 flats or 1 1/2 turns out. Thanks for your advice
