Well, the weather's been shit (working under a tin roof outside), but I did make some progress on my customized 2.2 gal. Mustang tank a few weeks ago.
Made a small dash out of some 18 gauge for the speedo I frenched into the tank (wiring runs inside the tank): ![]() Did some more metal finishing on the lead work on my extended tunnel and welded some nuts inside to mount the coil: ![]() Finished the lead on the recessed front mount: ![]() Rear mount to peak transition: ![]() |

Got the starter for the sidecar done. It works fantastic. Cranks the engine no problem.
