Rim/Hub Offset ?
I laced up my rear wheel all loosey goosy and dropped them off at the shop for truing. He says I gotta get the drivetrain in, then line up the hub with tranny sproket and cut spacers based on that. Then determine the rim/hub offset to center the wheel and true it like that.
This guy seems to know his stuff, but it seems bassackwards from everything I've heard. ie -shouldnt ya lace, true, center the wheel, then shim the rest -brakes, sproket- to fit?
