The biggest mistake I made but the best lesson learned was to use a half round file on the pipe's welds. Keeps the pipe nice and round so there are no flat spots. If so, they'll stand out like crazy...

Thanks guys! The goal was for it to just be a "plain and simple" bike with nothing overboard. Really glad I decided to splurge on that springer too because I think its actually my favorite thing...

Finished painting all the chassis and got it home. Started assembly/wiring last night. Pain in the ass fishing wires... Thankfully, during the initial fab/mock up I made every connection remove able...
