Thanks Shovit. I do have the literature (manual) and followed all of the steps. I can get the clutch to disengage nicely with the lever, however the BELL sweeps over and stays put. I does not return...

I haven't ridden it yet, waiting on a clutch cable, runs strong outside of the smoke. I've started it and let get hot 3x now, let cool and start again. It seems to be getting less each time.

Well I removed the one bolt on the trans plate closest to the Clutch side foot peg, I moved the trans forward covering a portion of the hole, buddies belt was stretched out enough to get on with some...
